Any discussion on missions must begin with the Bible as the only authority, which explains that God is the Creator, Lawgiver, Judge, and Saviour. Missions begins and ends with God, He was the first Missionary (when He walked into the garden Genesis 3:8-9) and He is the pattern for all missionaries (the life of Jesus Christ). In understanding missions - God is the key factor not the condition of the world (we are all sinners no matter where you live or how). Therefore it is not us that seek the relationship, but it is God who has and is seeking us. One of the truths of scripture, which we must admit is that we are created and the testament of history is that God has interacted with His creation. The created must recognize that the Creator has all power over His creation, we need Him! Acts 17:24-31
